Is my Instagram account safe with BlipDM?
Yes. BlipDM is a Meta Tech Provider and is built on Instagram's official API, not by logging into your account or scraping it. You connect through Instagram's own authorisation screen, so we never see or store your password, and we do not read your existing inbox or message history. You can revoke access at any time.
What can I automate with BlipDM?
Replies to comments, story replies and direct messages. Set a keyword and BlipDM sends your message within seconds, from your own account. You can also set up an automation for your next post before you publish it, ask people to follow you before they get your link, collect emails and phone numbers, and send carousels.
Is BlipDM free, and do I need a credit card?
Yes, there is a Free plan, and no credit card is needed. It includes 500 DMs a month, unlimited automation flows, one Instagram account and basic analytics, and you can connect and start sending without entering any payment details. Paid plans start at ₹99/month ($3) when you need more DMs and features.
What types of messages can I send?
Text messages, image messages with a caption, and carousels. Text and image messages can include up to three link buttons. A carousel sends up to five swipeable cards in one message, each with its own image, text and button, which suits product catalogs, lookbooks and menus. Carousels are available on the Pro and Elite plans.
Can I ask my audience to follow me?
Yes, with Ask to Follow on the Elite plan. BlipDM sends a message asking them to follow your account, checks that they did when they tap the button, and then delivers your link or message automatically. If they have not followed yet, it nudges them to try again.
Can I collect emails and phone numbers in BlipDM?
Yes, on the Elite plan. Turn on Ask for Email or Ask for Mobile Number in an automation and BlipDM asks for it in the DM, checks that it is valid, saves it to your Contacts and then sends your message. You can search your contacts and export them as a CSV file. Each automation asks for one thing: a follow, an email or a mobile number.
What happens if my post goes viral?
BlipDM replies to every matching comment within seconds. Instagram allows 750 private replies per hour on an account, and BlipDM keeps to a slightly lower limit so it never pushes your account past that cap. If a post brings in more comments than that in a single hour, BlipDM sends the remaining replies as capacity frees up, oldest first, for up to 24 hours. Your plan's monthly DM allowance applies as well: Free includes 500, Pro 50,000 and Elite is unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, and you keep access for the rest of the period you have already paid for.
